She was rescued by a good samaritan about a year ago, and adopted to a very loving home. Unfortunately, the home was in an area where there is BSL and local animal control caught wind of her being there. Penny's owner was forced to surrender her to a rescue to avoid being confiscated by animal control and euthanized. Penny loves people, kids, and even cats. She is very outgoing and loving. Penny would make the ultimate Nanny dog. She is housetrained and walks well on leash.
