Stella and Gracie are sisters (we assume, rescued together) off the Natchez Trace in the Jackson Ms. area. They love to sleep together and play tug of war, sometimes that tug can become quite a battle over the rope/toy! They romp stomp and zoom all over the fenced yard area. They have been boarded @ a doggie daycare and socialized with other large dogs on several occasions. Stella is a bit more demanding and loves all the attention! She will nibble under your arms when you are hugging her! She is thrilled with belly rubs and head scratches but gets jealous when you try to distribute the affection to others. She prefers male dogs over females and does not care for little dogs especially the fluffy foo foo types. I think Stella would love being in an only dog family, she was a bit food aggressive when we first rescued her since she was practically starved to death. I do still feed Gracie in a separate area just to make sure Stella does not gobble up both servings. Stella does tend to be rambunctious until she burns some energy off but will settle in for a nap on a big old soft bed and sleeps for hours upside down! Stella will adore being your big loving girl! Both Gracie and Stella are spayed, up to date with shots and are in a slow kill heart worm treatment process. They are eating Fromm's Gold and have gained weight thriving on love and attention!
